Additional tools and salt are provided inside the garage - NOTE: This is a 20-year-old cabin in the wilderness and you may encounter bears and other animals. Please dump trash in the bear box and do not leave any food or trash outside - NOTE: Due to the steepness of the driveway, only SUV/Truck with high ground clearance can get up to the driveway and garage - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. All cameras are located on the exterior of the home or property and they face the deck, the driveway/street, the backyard, and the equipment room. All cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras all record sound and video when activated by motion South Lake Tahoe Restrictions: - Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000 - To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that outdoor hot tub usage is restricted during quiet hours, and will also incur a fine if used between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am - Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot).
