- One of the hot tub pumps is currently not functioning. The hot tub is still usable, but performance may be reduced. A repair is scheduled for May 28, 2025
- There are no railings on the swim deck, and the property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children
- Lake Hamilton is lowered every year starting in November until early March (exact dates may vary) to allow for vegetation control. Boats are lifted out of the lake for winter storage. The lake will not be accessible via the boat ramps and docks, and the kayaks will not be available during this time
