This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just steps from the community
swimming pool, and offers a beach walkover. It has been completely renovated
after Hurricane Harvey including a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new wood-look
tile flooring throughout and all new furniture.
Located at Sea Sands Condominiums, this property is only a hop, skip, and a
jump away from the beach and town. You can drive golf carts around town and to
and from the condo. Guests at Tropical Haven have use of the community
swimming pool and can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the
beach.
Sleeping up to 8 guests, this unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom,
a queen bed in the second bedroom and two sleeper sofas in the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
