Are you looking for a great place to stay? Cypress Bend #913 is located on the
first floor in this great community with views of the Norman Golf Course from
the patio. This updated condo has a fully stocked kitchen with new flooring
and everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living area is very
spacious with comfortable seating and the sofa is also a sleeper if you need
the bed. The patio has plenty of seating and very relaxing. There is a king
swing in the master and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom with flat screen TVs in
both bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer to use if you need to and there are two
full bathrooms as well. | Cypress Bend has a community pool to enjoy as well
as a picnic area with charcoal grills. You also have access to the North Tower

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
