only a short 400 yard walk to the Gulf of Mexico along the sidewalk of Beach
Access Rd. 1A. Along with its close proximity to the beach, you also get a
partial gulf view from the 2nd story front balcony as well as a full gulf view
from the 3rd floor loft. On top of all of that, the house has an amazing in
ground swimming pool with lounge chairs to hang out and relax after a nice
morning at the beach!
The owners recently added an outdoor bbq kitchen with a shaded pergola so you
can grill your fresh catch in the shade while the family cools off in the

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
