Ironwood #833 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the beautiful community
of Ironwood. This beautifully decorated condo has recently been freshly
painted throughout. This property is located on the 3rd floor in a walk up
building. Being a 3rd floor unit, there are lovely views from the porch and
high ceilings so it is very spacious. There is a new large flat screen TV in
the living room and both bedrooms have TVs as well. The kitchen is fully
stocked with all appliances and it has everything you need to cook your meals.
This condo has a king swing in the master bedroom & 2 twin beds in the 2nd
bedroom.
If you like to grill your dinner, there is a BBQ area in the community for you
to use. Ironwood has a large pool, tennis courts, basketball court and a sand

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
