This comfortable 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with private pool is
located in the quiet community of Calabay Parc, just 20 minutes from Walt
Disney World. It sleeps up to eight, and with 1837 square feet, there is
plenty of room for the whole family.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and its own private en-
suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a
Queen size bed. It does not have a private en-suite, but the second bathroom
is located just outside the bedroom door. The third and fourth bedroom both
have two twin beds and a Jack & Jill bathroom (a shared bathroom). All
bedrooms have their own TV.
The living room is spacious and has two comfortable sofas and a large flat
screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and has modern
appliances, an island that doubles...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be 25 years old to book.
