Villas 2B condo is a luxurious two-bedroom accommodation with updated kitchen
and many extras. This one of only six units in The Villas complex is a newly
renovated, ground level, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. A total of four
guests can vacation here. Villa 2B has access to the large, shared pool,
luxury kitchen, dining room, living room, King size bed in the master bedroom,
and two Full size beds in the guest room. Loaded with many extras such as flat
screen TVs, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, onsite/coin washer &
dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access. There is a community grill located on site,

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
