This 2BR/1BA Cottage is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle
Beach and it is only 2 blocks from the ocean. The owners have added a new
inground pool in 2021 and paved the driveway. It is a shared pool with the
owners in the back house. The house has also been painted a pretty blue too.
They have also added a new water access outside to wash off the sand from the
beach. It is a easy walk to the beach and perfect for relaxing.
There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both of the bedrooms. The
kitchen has new countertops and has everything you need to cook your meals.
There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The living room is very
comfortable with a large sectional couch to enjoy your favorite TV shows.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
