level 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in over 3,300 square feet of living space
with your own private saltwater pool! Just a short 8-10 minutes drive to
white sandy Indian Shores beach and several other local beaches like
Clearwater, Madeira and St. Pete. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac street and
family neighborhood. So, if your purpose is to party, this is NOT the house
for you. * There is a ring door bell with camera at the entry door that we
monitor from time to time for ours and guests safety. There is also a noise
monitor inside the house (this equipment does NOT record anything)
The area is a vacation paradise! Dine at the beach, go shopping at the mall.
go explore downtown, spend the day at Busch Gardens, watch a Bucs ,
Lightning or Rays game, or just relax in the beautiful Florida weather,...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- - Additional Terms of your stay are available online at home-rental-agreement.com/terms and by this reference are incorporated herein in their entirety.
