decorated and is perfect for your vacation getaway. When you walk into the
Foyer, you will feel right at home. The freshly painted condo has been updated
with new flooring throughout and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked to
cook all of your meals. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone and
there is a breakfast bar for easy meals for the kids. The living room is very
spacious and has comfortable couches and even a chaise lounge for relaxing.
The balcony is right off the living room with amazing views of the Waterway,
Barefoot Landing, the Marina and much more. You can even sit out there in the
summer and watch the fireworks display on Monday evenings at Barefoot Landing.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
