whatever you are here for. This spacious property has a king in one of the
bedrooms, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. All of
the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked
and has a great breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living rooms. There
is a large living room area that has a great view of the Waterway and Marina.
This is a corner unit so you get to enjoy the large balconies from the living
room and front bedroom and take in the awesome views. In the summer season,
you can watch the fireworks from the property every Monday night.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
