This incredible vacation home is an amazing value and one of the best on the Key. It is a bright and sunny 8 bedroom and 8.5 bathroom home, with 7 Master Suites, and it sleeps 22 in beds. It is located just a short walk away from the white sand beaches of Siesta Key, Florida; voted the best beach in America. It’s also in Siesta Key Village, and just a short stroll to all of the restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and more. When I say short walk to both, I mean between 1 minute to the Village and 3 minutes to the Beach. The Oversized Pool, 10 Person Spa, Huge Patio Space, and Game Room (pool table, ping pong, foosball) with a 1/2 bath and Pool Refrigerator are all guest favorites! This home also provides Free WiFi, parking for multiple cars in 2 garages and a large brick paver driveway, fully stocked kitchen, tropical landscaping and multiple balconies...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
