Breakaway West is Vail’s best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski
lifts via Vail’s free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute
walk to Lionshead in street shoes). Breakaway features an outdoor heated pool
and two hot tubs; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.
This 3-bedroom suite features 1472 square feet of living space; two queen and
two twin beds and a sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. Ski all
day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on
pool deck. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $195 will
be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the
checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled
out and sent to them.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
