- Please be considerate of neighbors and keep musical instruments, radios, TVs, and stereos at a reasonable volume
- Doors and windows must be kept shut if volume can be heard within 15 feet of your unit or by your next-door neighbors. Acoustic devices played outside have the same volume restriction
- NOTE: This 3-story property requires exterior stairs to access. An additional step down is required to access the sunken living area and additional interior stairs are required to access all of the bedrooms
