The villa is situated on a hill in the Umbrian countryside, near the Medieval village of Bevagna. Located in a panoramic position, it offers a breathtaking view over the Umbrian Valley, Bevagna, Mount Subasio, Assisi and Spello. Furthermore, the main road leading to the villa is paved, in a low traffic area.
The property boasts a private garden, and a beautiful infinity pool (10 x 4,5 m, open from April to October), from which you can admire a wonderful view over the Umbrian landscape. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a dining area with parasol and table for 8 people.
At guests’ disposal also a barbecue and a private parking (for 5-6 cars).

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are allowed on request.
- Included in the price: Final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
- Excluded from the price: Utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity); heating during the winter months according to consumption. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,900.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
