This home is professionally furnished and decorated . On the main level, the
soft, leather furniture is elegant and comfortable and is perfect for viewing
the large 60” HDTV while the second story dark leather furniture is great for
the gang and also features a large 60 “HDTV.
Home sleeps 12 in style and includes 2 KINGS with 40” HDTV, 2 QUEENS with 40”
HDTV, and 2 bedrooms with 2 TWINS featuring 32” TV. There are 6 bathrooms to
go along with the 6 bedrooms ensuring that everyone can get ready at their own
pace.
The separate dining room with a huge dining table offers plenty of seating to
be a focal point for gathering together during meal times. There are also bar
stools for seating at the kitchen counter .

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be 25 years old to book.
