The Home
The Barefoot Resort Yacht Club Villa #2903 is a beautifully decorated,
spacious 3BR condo located in a luxurious high rise building overlooking the
scenic Intracoastal Waterway. You can sit on the oversized balconies and watch
the boats go by or enjoy the fireworks show at Barefoot Landing. The master
bedroom suite has two queen size beds and large bathroom with a spacious
garden tub. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two
queen size beds. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops with a
breakfast bar that also overlooks the living and dining areas.
Barefoot Resort has one of the largest pools in South Carolina and it is
located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes
away & beach access all along Ocean Blvd. There are four championship golf

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
