LOCATION – Next to the Four O’clock ski run, skiers and snowboarders can walk
to the Snowflake Lift to catch the first chair in the morning and at the end
of the day, ski down Four O’clock Run home. Ski-out to Park Avenue and Gondola
/ Shuttle access.

After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a
short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs
(Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through
mid-June and again early September through mid-November. Main Street
Breckenridge is an easy walk giving you plenty of dining, shopping and
nightlife options.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
