Inside, you'll find 2,000 square feet of well-appointed living space. An open-concept layout on the first floor offers the perfect space to gather with your fellow friends and family. Warm cold fingers by the gas stove, while also enjoying shows on the flat-screen cable TV - housed under an airy cathedral ceiling.
A few feet away, the group chef can begin dinner prep in the fully equipped kitchen - complete with everything from a dishwasher and stove/oven combo to a coffeemaker and other cooking accessories. For a full feast, throw burgers on the gas grill! Dine together around the table for 8.
Entertainment is made easy with the downstairs game room! Here, you'll find plenty of books and board games, along with a classic Foosball table. In the evening, pop some popcorn, make yourself comfortable on the couch, and flip on a family-favorite movie on the flat-screen cable TV.
Queen beds, plus ample storage space, adorn each of the first 4 bedrooms, while the 5th room features 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for the children of the group. There's truly plenty of space for rest and privacy for everyone!

Not a skier? Don't worry! The area is home to plenty of other activities. Grafton Notch State Park, 13 miles north, provides access to hiking, hunting, and fishing, all located in incredible scenery, with gorges and peaks. One peak in particular—Old Speck—boasts an elevation of 4,180 feet, which provides a rewarding vista that overlooks the Mahoosuc Public Lands.
On rest days, sip cold brews at Sunday River Brewing Company, located just down the road, shop on Bethel's Main Street, or feast on wood-fired pizza at Matterhorn Ski Bar! Steam Mill Brewing is under a half-mile away, boasting local brews and live music for a fun local hang!
