Texas Townhome Condos are located right in the Village, along the banks of
Gore Creek Located just a short 3 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One,
or a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn and Gold Peak. Two bedroom condo allows extra
living space; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This two bedroom suite features 900 square feet of living space; one king bed;
two twin beds; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return
to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a
checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If
you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does
not have air conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
