Awesome house with private pool in Calpe for 8 people! Villa with panoramic views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. It is located in a very quiet residential area.
On the ground floor there is a space for guests. There is a bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet and a covered terrace. On the second floor there is a large terrace, a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa has a salt water swimming pool, sunbathing space, an outdoor walking shower and place to eat.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Air conditioning consumption is not included. The price is 0,40€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
