Welcome to this spacious unique townhome with Retro arcade games and everything you’d need for a great vacation. Sit out on the terrace admiring the city with a glass of wine in one hand and a good book in the other or hit the town taking full advantage of this amazing location close to all the action and dining of Wynwood, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and the Design District. Speaking of dining, guests are encouraged to fully lean into it with an alfresco dinner at sunset by our BBQ area.

This townhome is two stories and has a great layout with 2 balconies and a large private terrace.
LOCATION: The property is just a short drive to Miami Beach, 8 minutes from MIA Airport (35 minutes from FLL) and a short stroll to Miami’s Design District, a treasure trove of luxury fashion boutiques, edgy art galleries, and trendy restaurants.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
