A curved sectional sofa, stylish accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV make this space perfect for relaxing during your stay. The home’s screened porch was made for entertaining with a beautiful bar area, wall-mounted TV, and comfortable seating. Truly an outdoor oasis, the backyard features a swimming pool overlooking the golf course and is surrounded by lush vegetation. A covered patio adjacent to the pool area offers a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests. The dimensions of the pool are roughly 18’ X 12’. The pool has a heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
