Combined living room kitchen, two bedrooms with two seperate beds in both, alcove (no door) with bunkbed, livingroom with bedsofa, sauna, washingroom, seperate toilet, fireplace (Firewoods are not included in the price. Firewoods can be purchased from key service). Wireless internet connection, ski waxing room (not private), storeroom, Apartment is situated in fifth floor, view over Ylläsjärvi village. Good quality Ski In-Ski Out apartment in Ylläsjärvi, in Iso-Ylläs area. The apartment is situated near the gondola lift and Restauran Taiga. Slopes, skiing tracks, hiking routes and night-time activities are easily accesible from the apartment. No pets allowed. Prices include final cleaning and bed linen. Pets are not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
