Property Manager is proud to present Pohjanmaa Villa 1007. 2.5 km south of Ähtäri, L.Ouluvesi 20 m (length 7.5 km, width approx. 800 m) shallow, hard moraine bottom, own boat.
Lamellar log chalet 2018, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms both with 2 beds. Baby cot in one bedroom. Upstairs bedroom 4 beds. Washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric), utility room, hall and open porches. Toilet downstairs and upstairs.
Chalet has mechanical ventilation, with underfloor heating downstairs. Gas-fired barbecue grill on spacious porch.
Tepee with firewood and electric light. Use of tepee available free of charge together with cottage reservation when you bring new firewood from shed and clean it after your use. Charge for cleaning of tepee 70 €. The villa is located on a small peninsula, where pine trees. Walking paths to the beach, to the hot tub, and to the pier and to the sunbathing area. Between the villa and the beach there is beautiful pine trees in natural setting. Rocky shoreline is quite long and is suitable for fishing.
Hot Tub (8 pers.) for extra charge (100€first day, 50€ ext day). Owner rents out e.g. smoke sauna heated ready for use, fish trolling boat with fishing guide, canoes, outboard motors and motor boats. On owner’s holiday farm meals can be provided during summer, journey to farm by boat 1.5 km. Nearby are good berry and mushroom picking areas.
Ähtäri Zoo and Spa hotel Mesikämmen 10 km, Moksunniemen Golf 10 km, Vuorenmaa ski resort 60 km. Ähtäri town services and sights 2.5 km.
