Property Manager is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1092. 50 km west of Iisalmi, L.Toiviaisjärvi 40 m (length 3 km, width 0,8 km), shallow, hard sandeddredged bottom, own boat.
Wooden house 2007. Downstairs: living roomkitchen 1 extra bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, utilitydressing room, washroom, sauna, porch and terrace. Upstairs: hall 2 extra beds, bedroom 3 beds, bedroom 2 beds, clothes storage room, balcony.
Own lakeside sauna for rent.(distance from cottage about 20 m).
By separate payment: Smoke sauna building (40 m²) with room with fireplace and electric light. Note! Smoke sauna can be rented for a single extra charge of € 200 one use time. Cottage has baking oven, coolingwarming inverter air heat pump (upstairs and downstairs), central vacuum cleaner and mechanical ventilation. Lower floor of house constructed to facilitate the disabled.

Owner offers meal services, rents out outboard motor (2.2 hp), 2 bicycles, canoe and hot tub. There is 1 hot tub in shared use with 2 cottages and therefore it’s recommened to book it in advance (owner’s contact details will be sent after booking the cottage). Rent for hot tub is 130€day and 180€weekend including firewood and washing the tub afterwards. The owner can heat the tub for separate agreement.
Urho Kekkonen’s birthplace (Lepikon torppa) 45 km, horse riding opportunities 9 km, Runni spa 20 km, Paljakka hill 10 km, ‘Devil’s churn’ pot hole 10 km, nature trail 10 km, Palosvuori ski resort 50 km. From yard of holiday home is a connection to a maintained trail running round the lake.
