Property Manager is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1044. 77 km north of Joensuu, Lake Pielinen 40 m (871,2 km2) own beach with deep bottom and some rocks, own boat and jetty. Log cottage 2006, kitchen-living room with divan, bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, household room – dressing room, washroom, sauna (elec. stove) and terrace. There is an own, separate sauna by the shore with dressingfireplace room. Steep slope to the shore. Water for the sauna fetched from the lake. Spacious log cottage by Lake Pielinen in Koli. Good possibilities for fishing; the rent includes boat. You can rent outboard motor for extra price. Separate beach with sand bottom 70 m, used together with the neighboring Kainaloranta cottage. Satellite television with some 300 channels. Optical fiber available for additional charge. Reservation have to be made at the same time with the reservation of the cottage. Baby bed and high chair. Apart from the bedrooms, the cottage has under-floor heating. Large terrace goes around the cottage (46 m2).
