Log cottage 2006, kitchen-living room with divan, bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, bedroom with two beds, household room – dressing room, washroom, sauna (elec. stove) and terrace. There is an own, separate sauna by the shore with dressingfireplace room. Steep slope to the shore. Water for the sauna fetched from the lake. Spacious log cottage by Lake Pielinen in Koli. Good possibilities for fishing; the rent includes boat. You can rent outboard motor for extra price. Separate beach with sand bottom 70 m, used together with the neighboring Kainaloranta cottage. Satellite television with some 300 channels. Optical fiber available for additional charge. Reservation have to be made at the same time with the reservation of the cottage....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
