Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1105. 60 km north of Mikkeli, lake Hyväjärvi 30 m (width 0.6 km, length 3.5 km), gradually deepening sandy beach, pier.
Log cottage 1992, renovated and extended in 2013. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed, separate toilet, covered porch. Upstairs there are three beds (one 120 cm wide, two 80 cm wide) and a balcony. Air source heat pump.
Lakeshore sauna, built in 2008 (15 m²), dressing room, washroom, sauna with wood stove and covered porch.
A dishwasher and a washing machine are located in the dressing room for a sauna. Southern Savonia Villa 1105 is also suited for families with children. There is big lawn yard. The gradually deepening sandy beach is suitable for small children, in addition a long pier.
The closest neighbor is about 20-30 m away, but the courtyard area is quite sheltered.
