Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Pirkanmaa Villa 1048. 105 km to the northwest from Helsinki, lake Vähä-Ilmettyjärvi 25 m (length 1 km, width 300 m), sanded beach, shallow and hard bottom, own rowing boat.
High-quality log cabin, built in summer 2020, by the lake. Bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, living roomkitchen, electric sauna, separate WC, heat reserving fireplace.
Covered terrace with gas grill in front of the cabin. Campfire site on the beach.
The maximum number of guests in the cabin is four persons.

Owner rents out a hot tub from spring to autumn (not rented during winter or frost), please check the availability well in advance because it is rented also to 2 other cottages. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
