Log chalet (heat-hardened log type) 2008, kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms: 2 beds in each, sleeping loft: 4 beds, electric sauna, washroom, dressing roomutility room, toilet also upstairs, open porch. Equipment also includes 2 TV sets. Car port. Use of ski care room and grill tepee (shared with 2 other holiday homes) is included in rent. High standard cottage close to Luosto services. Wireless internet connection in the cottage (WiFi, speed 21Mb). Illuminated ski trail next to apartment. You can bring maximum 2 pets, additional cost is 25 epet (please add to Your reservation if needed).

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
