Property Manager is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1112. 60 km northwest of Kajaani, lake Oulujärvi 20 m, shallow beach, sand bottom, suitable for children, 2 rowing boats.
Wooden villa, built in 2016. Living-room kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (made as double bed), second bedroom with 2 single beds, upstairs 7 beds, low ceiling upstairs (maximum height 160 cm), utility room with shower, separate toilet, partially covered large terrace. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor (geothermal). Also equipped with a cooling device connected to geothermal heat. No sauna in the villa, but there is a separate lakeside sauna.
Lakeside building (22 m²) with sauna, washroom (shower), dressing room, guest bedroom with foldable bed for two and terrace. There is no toilet in the sauna building.
Carport for two cars.
A wood heated hot tub that can only be used by separate agreement. The owner charges a fee for the use of hot tub (clients heat the tub themselves). Note: no more than 10 persons. Extra beds are optional.
Modern villa on the shore of lake Oulujärvi. From its large windows there is excellent views of the lake. Two of the beds are in the separate building by the bech.
A very shallow beach is especially suitable for children.
Snowmobile and sleigh as well as outboard motor for boat (3.5 hp) can be rented by separate agreement from the owner.
Manamansalo Island 15 km (ferry trip). Manamansalo is well suited for hiking and is known for its long sandy beaches. There is also Kassu Halonen Art House.
Vaala center 22 km, Kajaani 60 km. Vuokatti 110 km.
