Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Pirkanmaa Villa 1046. 65 km north-west of Tampere, lake Nerkoonjärvi 30 m, hard, gently sloping sandy beach, boat. There is also deeper part in the beach.
Wooden villa built 2005, living room extra beds for two, kitchen section,
bedroom with double bed and a cot (baby’s travel bed), bedroom with sofa bed for 2, shower room with 2 showers, sauna (ever-ready electric stove), utility room, entrance hall and terrace.
Separate lakeside sauna and barbecue hut. Lakeside sauna has not electricity and can be used from spring till early autumn (not during cold times). In the steam room there is water tank in stove for heating the water. There is a cold water tap, but no shower. There is also a dressing room.
The villa has WLAN Internet access, Blu Ray player and electric grill.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
