Property Manager is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1078. 50 km to the southwest from Kuopio, lake Kuvansi 150 m (length 6 km, width 3 km), shallow gravel bottom, pier, own boat and canoe.
Log cabin built in 2017, living room (sofa bed 140 x 200 cm), living roomkitchen, bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with spreadable bed (160 x 200 cm), sauna, washroom with WC.
Lakeside sauna with electricity, wood-burning sauna stove. There is a separate fireplace room on the sauna with table and chairs for four. In addition, a sofa for two. Separate outhouse in the lakeside sauna. NOTE! Lakeside sauna and separate outhouse is available only from May until end of September.
On the cabin’s yard there is a masonry wood burning grill. Air sourece heating pump conditioning.

New, well-equipped and nicely decorated log cabin in the calm location. The nearest neighbor 500 m away. Large grassy plot. There is also a grassy trail leading from the plot to the lakeside sauna.
