Property Manager is proud to present Kainuu Villa 1104. This apartment in log-made semi-detached house in Vuokatti ski slope area was completed in 1999. Floor area 90 m², loft 20 m². On the ground floor there is fireroom with sofa bed for 1-2 persons and bedroom for three persons with bunkbed (lower bed can be enlarged for two). Sauna (electric heating), washroom, toilet, service room for fixing skis. Upstairs there is kitchen, living room, one bedroom with twin bed and showertoilet. Loft with separate beds for three. Balcony. Wifi.
Baby equipment: travel bed for a baby, high chair and potty. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 8 km, Vuokatti ski slope 1,5 km, cross country track 200 m. Beach 200 m. Final cleaning included. Pets allowed at extra price.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
