Air source heat pump. Detached house altered for holiday use. Plot has lawn and is open and sunny. In the summer (5.6. - 3.9.) renovated outbuilding with bedroom (12 sqm), wood shed and parking place. Electric heating, -light, wardrobe, bedside tables and two single beds in the bedroom.
Only electrical outboard motor allowed for boat.
