Property Manager is proud to present Keski Suomi Villa 1041. 70 km west of Jyväskylä, Lake Sammionselkä 40 m (length 4.7 km, width 200 m), shallow, gently sloping, sandy clay bottom, own boat and jetty.
Spacious log panel villa, kitchen-living room 97 m², hallway, bedroom with 3 beds, bedroom 3 beds, bedroom with 1 bed, bedroom with 2 beds, bedroom 2 beds, utility room dressing room, shower room, sauna, terraces of 200 m².
Lakeside sauna, which is available only from June to September. Lakeside sauna has 6 extra beds available for separate fee, so that there is a total of 17 beds from June to September.
On the villa’s terrace there is a hot tub which can be rented by a separate payment agreement. Price in 2021: 120 eday, 160 eweekend and 200 eweek.
The villa has mechanical ventilation, DVD and karaoke equipment. Large villa on a bright hillside plot. Flat yard. From the villa there is steep slope to shore, steps on the way and a intermediate terrace. The beach has campfire place, fish smoking box and pier. A swing for children and outdoor games.
Dogs are not allowed in the main villa, but are allowed to the lakeside sauna.
