Property Manager is proud to present Southern Savonia Villa 1048. 40 km to the north from Savonlinna, lake SaimaaKuikanlahti 30 m, deep gravelstony beach, partially sand, own pier and rowing boat.
Log cabin 2000, kitchen, living room, small bedroom (5 m²) with double bed (width 140 cm), washroom with WC and shower, lobby, covered porch. Double bed for children (width 160 cm, length 185 cm) in the sleeping alcove on the upper floor, spreadable bed for two in the lobby and one alternative bed on the mattress, balcony.
Lakeside sauna (26 m²), living room with fireplace, sleeping alcove with two single beds, loft, washroom and sauna (wood heated sauna stove), covered terrace. Washing water comes to sauna via pump.
There are masonry grill and stove in the grill hut, there is also a gas grill in front of ground cellar. Southern Savonia Villa 1048 is an exclusive rental villa, which is located on a spacious hillside plot where you have plenty of space for many kinds of outdoor games. In the grill hut you can cook many kinds of delicacies despite of weather conditions. Due to large pier located on a lakeside, you can easily arrive to this destination by your own boat. The sights of Savonlinna region are easily reachable by car.
You can rent 15 hp motor boat and snowmobile from the owner. Owner can also arrange guided fishing and canoeing trips.
