Property Manager is proud to present Keski Suomi Villa 1034. 82 km Northwest of Jyväskylä - city. Iso-Löytänäjärvi -lake 30 m (length 5 km, width 1 km), sandy bottom, own rowing boat.
Log cottage, built 2001, combined kitchenliving room, 2 extra bed in sofa bed, bed room: double bed, washroom, dressing room, sauna, terrace.
Upstairs bedroom: 2 beds, bedroom2: bunk bed, balcony.
Owner rents out a lakeside sauna and pre-heated hot tub for extra price 150 eone use, distance about 200 m from the cottage. Lakeside sauna and hot tub can be rented if clients of the other cottage haven’t yet rent it.
Cottage is situated at a slight slopes, storage, fire place near the lake.
In sharing use, grill hut 3 km. Central vacuum cleaner.
For the owner’s three rented cottages a total of 2 sup boards can be rented, price 20 e pc day.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
