Property Manager is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1037. 65 km south-west of Kuopio, Lake Iisvesi 50 m (length approx. 35 km, width approx. 3 km), 3 hard, shallow, lovely sandy shores, own boat.
Old fully renovated 3-storey villa, built in 1958.
Middle floor: living roomkitchen with fireplace, blue and red bedrooms, both with 2 beds, toilet, hall and glass veranda. Door to the terrace from the living room.
Upstairs: yellow and blue bedroom, both with 2 beds. Hall and toilet.
Basement has large room with fireplace, sauna (electric stove), washroom, utility room and toilet.
The building has gravity ventilation, air source heat pumps both upstairs and downstairs. There are 2 fireplaces and 2 showers in the house.
There are also other buildings in the yard.
Internet connection (10 Mb 4G), printer and screen. Play Station 4 -game console.
The owner’s dog visits occasionally in the cottage. However, pets are not allowed. Around the villa there are large grassed areas, planted shrubs, berry bushes and apple trees (free to use). Large patio has 2 tables, chairs and gas grill (also other cooking utensils available). A gas-powered ’Muurikka’ griddle pan, an electric ’Muurikka’ griddle pan and a ball grill with accessories are also available.
There is outdoor lighting in the yard. In the yard is an old renovated barn building with living areas.
There are walking paths on the area which lead to 2 other beaches of the farm or to the woods. There is a map of the area that can be taken with for a walk.
Old idyllic wood-heated lakeshore sauna right at water’s edge and there’s also a wood-burning grill.
Long, large pier (Note! There are rocks at the end of the pier, no jumping!).
Small cabin by the shore with kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave oven and drain) one bed and fishing equipment. Rent includes a boat (6 m long with 2 pairs of oars) with an outboard motor. Also 2 canoes, bicycles and yard games available.
Good mushroom, berry picking and skiing terrains nearby (also some ready cross-country skiing tracks). Splendid fishing waters offering good fishing opportunities. Fishing permit for the cottage’s various kinds of fishing tacklegear. Please note, You need also to pay personal fisheries management fee.
