The Home
The Havens #925 has been completely renovated in 2021 and has all new
furniture and fixtures. This 3BR/2BA has everything you need to enjoy your
stay at the beach. This property is located in Barefoot Resort and is close to
Barefoot Landing which has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions to try.
The kitchen is very spacious and is fully stocked. Lots of counter space for
cooking your favorite meals. Enjoy your family time on the large dining room
table. The living room has plenty of seating and has a large flat screen TV.
It also has a sleeper sofa. The Primary bedroom has a king bed and large en
suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two
twins. The 2nd bathroom is shared and located in the hallway. There is a full
size washer/dryer in the laundry room for your use as well.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
