Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Pirkanmaa Villa 1021. 63 km to the north from Hämeenlinna, located in Sappee ski resort. Wooden cabin, built in 2014. Living roomkitchen, living room, five bedrooms, sauna, washroom, 2 WCs, terrace with hot water pool. All bedrooms have 2 beds, living room have sofa bed which can be spread as 140x195 cm bed. There is a charcoal grill in the cabin, guests must bring their own coals. Elegantly decorated villa in the heart of the Sappee ski resort. All services of the Sappee ski resort within a walking distance. Ski slope approx. 100 m, frisbee golf park 150 m.
Cottage is available at 4.00 pm on arriving day - till 12.00 on departure day.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
