Property Manager is proud to present Päijat Häme Villa 1020. 35 km north of Lahti, Päijänne 70 m, rocky hard-bottom beach, pier and rowing boat.
Log cottage 2006, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (10 m²) each with two beds, dressing room, washroom, sauna (electric stove), large covered terrace. Upstairs, two bedrooms (7 m²) each with two beds, loft with a sofa bed for 1 person. 4 G Wi-Fi access.
Beach sauna 2006, dressing room, two showers, wood stove in the sauna. NB! At the same building (right side) is the another (second) cottage sauna. This second cottage is for long-term rentals and the resident is only part of the summer. However, both saunas have their own entrances and the terrace has a log wall. At the beach there is a neighboring pier on the sauna, about 30 meters away.
The owner rent a hot tub all year round at extra price 150 euros and it is pre-filled with water. Hot tub paid to the owner on the spot in cash, so make sure availability in good time. Päijat Häme Villa 1020 is a high-quality rental villa for a bigger group or even for two families. The villa offers great views of Päijänne and the surrounding dry terrain does not favor mosquitoes. The cottage is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.
There is some iron in the tap water and it might cause some smelltaste into the water. However, it’s examined and safe to use. Guest can bring drinking water along, if he prefers to do that.
The Pulkkilanharju landscape route and the Päijänne National Park are a few kilometers away, several inland water cruises are nearby, and much more to see and do in the area.
