Log cottage 2011, living roomkitchen, bedroom 2 beds. Upstairs 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, also hall area, sauna, washroom, dressing room, 2 terrace, balcony. Woodshed. Cottage located in Paalasmaa islands, to which ferry connections all the year round. Paalasmaa is in a lovely area. It is also Finland’s highest island. Yard area with sand and gravel, with natural surroundings. Plot 1 ha.
Owner fishes, sells fish and fishing permits, and hires fishing tackle and gear and outboard motor. Lake Pielinen is very rich in fish, including zander, pike and perch.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
