Property Manager is proud to present North Karelia Villa 1015. 77 km north of Joensuu, Lake Pielinen 20 m (871,2 km²), gently deepening, partly stony bottom, own boat. Wood cottage 2008, kitchen-living room with convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms with double beds in each, upstairs bed room with 2 beds and 2 camp beds, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), terrace. Modern and high standard cottage by the Lake Pielinen in Loma-Koli cottage area. Hiking trails near by. There is a hydro massage bath in the washing room. There are two tv-sets: one with plasma screen and one with LCD screen, also DVD and VRC are available. Wireless internet connection, satellite antenna. Good possibilities for fishing. There is a boat with outboard motor. The cottage is suitable for downhill and cross-country skiers; Ukko-Koli slopes 8 km.
Extra charge for pets 20 eday, max. 120 ereservation. If you make reservation for over 6 days, choose the charge for 6 days. Cats are not allowed. Baby cot for extra charge, The payment includes also high chair.
Owner will ask clients to send one copy of passport as well the names and dates of bird of the other clients. These will be destroyed one week after the end of the booking if there are no problems. The owner will also change a deposit of 250 e, which will be returned to the client after the stay if everything is in the order in the cottage.
Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
