Property Manager is proud to present Uusimaa Villa 1002. 35 km to the northeast from Porvoo, lake Kirkkojärvi (length 5,5 km, width 0,5 km), sandy and rocky beach on the plot, lakeside terrace and pier, rowing boat.
Log cabin 2011, living roomkitchen, bedroom (6.5 m²) with bunk bed, sofa bed for two in the fireplace room, hydro massage bath and shower cabin with steam sauna in the washroom. Sauna with both wood-burning and electric sauna stove, separate WC and washroom in the pass-through space with shower and WC. Lobby, cold interior terrace and tower room. Entrance to the tower room from cold interior terrace. There is a summer bed in the tower room. Two air source heat pumps.
On the upper floor (18 m²) double bed and two single beds. At the other side of the house is the second upper floor (11 m²) with a double bed.
There are large terraces with great views on the yard. Grill site and badminton court. Good walkway leads to the beach (120 m). On the beach there are lakeside terrace, pier and grill too. The beach can also be reached by the car.
Uusimaa Villa 1002 is an exclusive villa with fantastic views. Awesome destination for a bigger group of people. Suits well for spending a holiday and celebration. Suitable even for two families. In the yard is 4.2 m trampoline without a safety net.
Myrskylä 3 km, Orimattila 21 km, Porvoo 35 km, Helsinki 88 km.
The lake has beautiful rocky beaches and lots of pike perch. Flat and grassy playing field on the plot. All terraces of this villa are lighted, there are over a total of 70 outdoor lights on the plot.
In the garden grows (you can eat during your holiday): Apples, cherries, plums, variety of wine berries, gooseberries, blueberries, buckthorns, and raspberries. Blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the forest.
Two kayaks can be rented from the owner. Padded seats and backrests. Kayaks are safe. Almost impossible to get those turns over. 25€ daykayak, 120€ weekkayak.
Possibility to horse riding if agreed separately. Horse stable with five horses and pony 3 km away.
Leaded horse riding for beginners too.
Highlands and caves of Suntinlahti 800 m away. Frisbee golf course on the opposite side of lake: 800 m.
Dance hall of Kiparkatti and ski center 3 km away.
In the winter time (when snow weather condition allows), there is ski trail, and usually 5 km skating track, on the lake 120 m away.
Also other ski trails nearby (1 km).
Cross-country skiing possibility during winter (when weather conditions allow): ski renting + FREE ski school.
