Property Manager is proud to present Costa Tropical Villa 1002. ’Casa Costa Tropical Villa 1002’ is a stunning 4-room terraced house with a south facing position, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the bay. The villa is 180 m2 and boasts spacious and bright interiors, furnished with practical and comfortable amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
The livingdining room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning, opening onto a large terrace where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more, perfect for cooking delicious meals during your stay.
The upper floor features three beautiful rooms, each with a luxurious french bed (160 cm x 200 cm). There are also two modern shower rooms for your convenience. Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children’s high chair, and free WiFi throughout the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
