The Home
The views from this spacious condo are gorgeous. Overlooking the Intracoastal
Waterway and the City of NMB, you will never get tired of watching the boats
go by. This property has a large open kitchen that has a breakfast bar and
spacious dining room seating. The living room is comfortably decorated and has
a large flat screen TV with plenty of seating. The oversized balcony is
perfect to enjoy your afternoon cocktails. The bedrooms are very large with
brand new comfortable beds added in 2019 with pretty bedding. There is a king
in the master bedroom, two queens in the 2nd bedroom and a king and a queen in
the third bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms for privacy. |
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal
or just make a snack. There is also a washer and dryer to do your towels
during your stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
