Coastal Casa is an amazing 5 bedroom, 3 story home located in the coveted
beach front community of Lost Colony. Conveniently located off of Highway 361,
you are only a short 10 minute ride from a fun filled day in Port Aransas
where you can rent a golf cart, enjoy the local restaurants, or catch a deep
sea or bay fishing trip. With the location of this home you are also within a
short drive of the big city of Corpus Christi where you can take the family to
the new Schlitterbahn River Park, the Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington, and
many other exciting activities.
The 1st floor of this home includes two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed
and flat screen tv. Here you will find a common full bath and a small alcove
with a day bed, fridge, microwave, and coffee bar. This level also hosts the
full size washer and dryer.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
