In an optimal position, Balcony in Giudecca is located in the ancient Jewish quarter of Giudecca, one of the most evocative districts of the whole island, with artisan shops, night clubs, restaurants, churches.Totally renovated at the end of 2019, Balcony in Giudecca is located on the first floor of an 18th century building, in the heart of Ortigia in Via della Giudecca. The apartment is bright, has a long balcony overlooking the main street; the living area consists of a modern fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double with open space walk-in closet, 55-inch smart TV; the second bedroom has a sofa bed with two single beds, desk, closet, washer / dryer. The only bathroom has a shower, sink and water.
Security Deposit of EUR100 to be collected upon arrival.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
